I used to wake up at 6.30am, I’m getting more and more efficent, minute by minute, now I wake up at 7.00am, and I’m still able to get everything done and get to work fine.

Wade Cook and Joe Zhu have served as guest editors for an special issue of Annals of Operations Research on “Performance Evaluation and Beyond: Data Envelopment Analysis Research Frontier”, in honor of William W. Cooper for his contributions to diverse fields (including DEA).
This issue will be on press by the end of this year, comprising 21 chapters on DEA-related themes as varied as supply chain, production systems, new theory on DEA, cultural economics, investment and banking, sports economics, Malmquist indexes, and so on.
